Halofy Documentation

How to run Halofy day to day: set up the console, bring in company knowledge, govern who can use it, and connect the assistants and agents your teams already work with.

Introduction to Halofy

What Halofy does, who these docs are for, and how the console fits together.

What is Halofy?

Halofy gives your company one governed place for the knowledge its people and AI agents need. You add company information once, decide who can use it, and connect the assistants and agents your teams already work with.

You do not need to understand databases, embeddings, or AI infrastructure to use the console. Everything below happens on screens in the hosted product.

What Halofy does

Halofy has four jobs.

Bring knowledge inFrom connected systems, files, folders, and websites.
Keep it organizedBy company and by team, so scope stays clear.
Scope every accessEach person or agent gets only the access it needs.
Record what happenedImportant activity is written to a trail owners can review.

Scope of these docs

These pages cover the hosted Halofy console for everyday users. They explain what to do in the product, in the order most people need it.

Developer setup, the API, self-hosting, and internal architecture are documented separately in the technical documentation.
