Halofy is one platform with two connected apps. The AI Workstation is a desktop app for macOS, Windows and Linux where you run agents from the AI services you already use, side by side and across your devices. The Console, at app.halofy.ai, helps you learn from captured sessions and reuse effective practices through skills, instructions, policies and memory. Use either app on its own or connect them.
You connect the AI services you already have, such as Claude, Codex, Cursor, Antigravity, Grok, OpenCode, OpenRouter, Kimi Code, Muse, DeepSeek or Hermes. Halofy runs each provider's own agent with your own account, and some providers are marked Early Access or Beta in the app.
Not to use the AI Workstation on its own. A Halofy account links your devices and connects the app to your Console workspace. Signing in doesn't upload your conversations.
No. You can also connect supported external agents from the Console and review their captured work there. A memory-only connection provides context without capturing conversations.
Your threads, projects and attachments are stored on the computer that runs them, and provider sign-ins stay in each provider's own storage there. A few providers, such as Grok Bot, work on the provider's own remote computer instead.
Only after you turn on Team activity in the AI Workstation, or connect an agent from the Console that captures. Team activity then shares new conversations, including tool inputs and results, but not file or image attachments or earlier conversations. Captured sessions are stored encrypted in the Console, where you, your organisation's owner and the admins who manage your team can read them.
Separately, the Workstation sends product usage events, such as an app start or a finished turn, without your prompts, replies, file contents or file paths.
No. When you connect to another of your devices through your Halofy account, traffic passes through Halofy's connection service. It's encrypted in transit, but not end to end: the service can process the traffic it forwards. Files and provider credentials stay on each computer. For a direct connection, pair over your local or private network instead.
365 days unless your organisation's owner chooses 30, 90, 180 or 730 days, or indefinitely. Owners can place a legal hold on a session, and owners and admins can erase sessions permanently.
Your prompts and the files and command output the agent reads are processed by the provider you chose, under your account and its data policies. In a team conversation, the team's instructions, policies and any skills the agent reads also go to the provider.

No. The AI Workstation doesn't come with its own AI models. It drives the agents of the providers you sign in to, so each provider's subscription, usage limits and billing still apply.
