Halofy Documentation

How to run Halofy day to day: set up the console, bring in company knowledge, govern who can use it, and connect the assistants and agents your teams already work with.

Troubleshooting

Common questions: incomplete setup, missing knowledge, inactive agents, stalled sources, and wrong answers.

Why is setup still incomplete?

Check the open row on Setup. The most common causes are a source that is connected but has not completed an update, a file that is still processing, an empty Memory view, or no active agent badge.

Why can I not see another team's knowledge?

Teams are separated by default. Ask an Owner or Admin to check your membership, the memory's placement, and the team's Company-Wide Memory setting.

Do not upload a second copy just to work around access.

Why does my agent no longer show as active?

Active means the badge was used recently. Ask the agent to make a Halofy call and refresh the page.

If it still fails, check whether the badge expired or was revoked.

Why did a source stop updating?

Open the source row. Reconnect it when Halofy says sign-in is needed; otherwise follow the displayed setup, rate-limit, network, or not-found guidance and try the update again.

What should I do with a wrong answer?

Mark the answer weak or disputed, then review Conflicts if a contradiction was created.

Correct knowledge by adding the current fact with its proper source rather than silently erasing history.

Why is a menu missing?

The console is role-based. Members operate within their own access; Owners and Admins govern; Auditors review. Ask the Owner if your responsibilities require a different role.

Getting help

Use the Need help? panel in the console for documentation and the current book-a-call option.

When reporting a problem, include the page name, the action you took, the visible status or error, and the approximate time it happened.
