Generating an export
Owners, admins, and auditors can use Export to create a governed copy of the whole organization, one team, or one person's authored facts.
- Choose the scope.
- Choose whether to include facts and approved knowledge.
- Add a purpose if useful.
- Select Generate export.
- Review what was included or withheld, then download the readable or portable file.
Exports are always explicit
Opening the Export page does not create an export. Generation is always an explicit, audited action.
