01Running an update

Use Knowledge operations when saved memories should be organized into reviewable company knowledge.

1. Select Update company memory or Update team memory.
2. Choose the memory spaces to process and run the update.
3. Review the resulting drafts.
4. Approve a draft unchanged, edit and approve it, or reject it.

02Publication stays a human decision

A draft is not treated as approved company knowledge until someone with the right role approves it.
