Registering a policy
Use Policies to register the instructions agents must receive before they act.
You can upload a policy document or adopt an eligible file that is already in Halofy, then review whether agents have received and acknowledged it.
Advanced controls
Advanced policy controls include spend limits, customer-data expiry, request limits, fact verification, conflict handling, and retrieval choice.
A team can be more restrictive than its parent organization, not less.
