Use Conflicts when two pieces of knowledge disagree.
- Review conflicts already waiting for a decision.
- Choose which fact to keep, accept the new claim, or record that both are valid where the screen offers that choice.
- Use Scan memory to look for additional contradictions.
Two facts disagree on the returns window.
The newer fact says 30 days and came from Returns Policy v4. The older fact says 14 days and was approved as company knowledge nine months ago.
