Connect a channel
Use Channels to connect Halo Assistant to supported messaging channels.
- Choose a channel whose card shows that it is available for your deployment.
- Create the connection and provide the requested credentials or complete the sign-in flow.
- Connect Halo Assistant to the channel.
- Follow the card's activation and verification steps.
- Send a real test message before relying on it with customers or teammates.
Availability and status
A provider appearing in the catalog does not by itself mean the connection is ready. Use the status on your connection as the source of truth.
