  • Backends shows connected business systems, update state, freshness, and any sign-in or setup problem.
  • Knowledge bases groups files, connected folders, and websites by purpose and team.
  • Update now refreshes a source when you need current information sooner than its schedule.
  • A failed source stays separate from healthy sources, so one problem does not stop the rest of the organization.

If a source says Sign-in needed, reconnect it from its row.

If it says an update is still running, wait for the final status before uploading or connecting the same material again. Otherwise, follow the displayed setup, rate-limit, network, or not-found guidance and try the update again.
