Habits worth keeping
None of these are enforced for you. They are the practices that keep a Halofy organization healthy as it grows.
- Give every agent its own badge.
- Put agents and knowledge in the narrowest correct team.
- Use read-only access when the agent does not need to save memory.
- Set an expiry for temporary work.
- Never paste a badge key into chat, a document, or a shared ticket.
- Review evidence before acting on sensitive answers.
- Resolve conflicts instead of deleting the fact you disagree with.
- Revoke access as soon as a person, app, or agent no longer needs it.
- Treat permanent deletion and exports as deliberate governance actions.
